Pandan Cup Cake

Recipe from "我的厨房笔记", by FM97.2 DJ 粉樱




Ingredients:
200g Optima flour
130g Eggs
65g Coconut milk
1/2 tsp pandan paste

Method:
1. Place all ingredient in a mixing bowl.
2. Beat at high speed for 10 min.
3. Pour batter into prepared paper cups in mould.
4. Bake at 200 deg C pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
