Ingredients:
20g White fungus (soaked)
300g lean meat
1 chicken
8 slices yu zhu
8 slices huai shan
2 slices tangerine
2000ml water
Method:
Pur all ingredients in a soup pot. Bring to a boil over a high flame. Lower flame and cook for 1 hour.
Benefits: Nourishes the brains and kidneys.
Yu zhu: Nourishes the heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys and cures pain in the knees.
Huai shan: Nourishes spleen and lungs, enhances the digestive system as well as strengthens the kidneys and stops diarrhoea.
Tangerine: Clears phlegm.
